How can protein-rich rapeseed and sunflower products be better valorized? This is the central question addressed by the PROSEED joint laboratory, which brings together the Laboratoire Réactions et Génie des Procédés (LRGP) and the industrial group Avril. The aim is to develop processes for the production of new protein materials for human and animal nutrition, while assessing their performance and environmental footprint.
