On the Épinal wood campus, an innovative installation produces hydrogen from wood.
Set up by the ERBE team of the Laboratoire d’Études et de Recherche sur le Matériau Bois (LERMAB) in 2015 to work on cogeneration (production of gas to produce heat and electricity), the gasification facility is now modified to produce green hydrogen, the molecule of the future that emits little greenhouse gas.
