Over the course of three half-days, second-year Ph.D. students shared the progress of their research with the entire laboratory staff. This is a must-attend event that highlights the dynamism of the research conducted at LEMTA and the diversity of expertise within its teams.
The 2026 edition brought together 19 doctoral students, who presented their work on topics as varied as fluid mechanics, heat transfer, materials, fire, geotechnical engineering, energy storage, hydrogen, and MRI applied to engineering. Several research projects are also being conducted in partnership with the socio-economic sector, as part of CIFRE theses or collaborations with national organizations, illustrating the close ties between academic research and industrial challenges.
