This platform offers technical and methodological solutions applicable to a wide range of applications (fine and specialty chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, industrial gases).

This platform’s activity is based on a compact fleet of equipment (reactors, exchangers, mixers, etc.) dedicated to the development of new processes and the rapid acquisition of data, particularly kinetic data. This intensive equipment enables the development of new chemical syntheses on a continuous basis and the optimization of existing syntheses according to technical, economic, energy and/or operating criteria, by applying different intensification strategies (atypical operating conditions, multi-functional couplings, power supply staggering, segmentation, etc.) to miniaturize these processes and/or increase their volume productivity. This equipment is used within the framework of a reasoned approach of experimental strategy (MBDoE – model-based design of experiments) with exclusive dedicated tools, batch-continuous transition or scale-up depending on the problems treated.
