The LRGP has the pleasure to receive Patrice Bourson, professor at the IUT of Metz and researcher at the Laboratoire Matériaux Optiques, Photonique et Systèmes (LMOPS) for this seminar close to a course on this spectroscopic method.
This seminar will give the basic notions of this method by showing the technological innovations which make it a technique in full expansion and more and more present within the laboratories. Some examples of application on functional property monitoring of polymers will show some advantages and uses of this technique.
► Thursday, March 3, 2022 – from 10:00 to 12:00 at ENSIC Nancy – Aquarium room
[Seminar open to all members of the University of Lorraine]
At the initiative of Baptiste Sirjean, CNRS Research Fellow, the LRGP will welcome, in its premises, Pr Patrice Bourson from LMOPS in Metz who will present a seminar on Raman spectroscopy.
This seminar will be close to a course on this spectroscopic method and will take place on March 3 from 10 to 12 am, in the Aquarium room.
Here is the abstract:
“Raman Spectroscopy: An Evolving and Revolutionary Technology”.
This seminar will give the basic notions of this spectroscopy by showing the technological innovations which make this technique in full expansion and thus more and more present in our laboratories. Through some examples of application on functional properties of polymers we will show some advantages and uses of this technique.
