This project focuses on the control of high speed permanent magnet synchronous machines (PMSM). These electric motors have a high power density and are frequently used in embedded applications such as cars or aircrafts.
Supported by GREEN, ActiMic is based on the complementarity of two research teams involved in the project:
The “high-speed motor control” theme for various industrial applications is a research field carried by GREEN,
The “embedded microgrid” theme used in avionics, trains and electric vehicles is already well developed and studied at LEMTA.
