As part of the European EURECA-PRO alliance, the University of Lorraine encourages mobility among its doctoral students to enhance their training, scientific collaborations, and international outlook. Jose-Carlos Martinez-Rosales—a doctoral student in the Electrochemical Systems for Hydrogen team—reflects on his mobility experience at Montanuniversität Leoben (Austria), an experience that allowed him to enrich his research on hydrogen, discover new teaching approaches, and share an international experience with other young researchers engaged in the challenges of the energy transition and sustainable development.
