The use of plastic materials and nanomaterials in various everyday products results in the release of large quantities of micro- and nanoparticles into the environment. The behavior of these particles and their potential impacts on health and ecosystems are the subject of research to better understand the interactions involved and to assess health risks. In order to review the progress of funded projects, the French National Research Agency (ANR) and the French National Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health Safety (Anses) are organizing a new online scientific meeting on Thursday, May 20, 2021, from 9:30 am to 5 pm.
