The AVRIL group organized an innovation seminar at the ENSIC on September 28th. The main innovation managers of the group were present in order to present the strong links existing with the UL on the research, innovation and teaching aspects.
On the research and innovation side, the following issues were discussed
– the stakes and functioning of the joint laboratory CNRS – industrial group “PROSEED” (which involves about fifteen permanent members of the LRGP) whose objective is to explore and evaluate new paradigms of industrial biorefinery of oilseeds.
– the joint laboratory models of the LRGP with the industry,
– the UL ecosystem to support partnerships.
This through interventions of Laurent Falk, director of LRGP and Romain Kapel, director of the joint laboratory PROSEED.
On the teaching side, the training of ENSIC process engineers, their integration in industry and the consideration of sustainable development issues in the curriculum were presented by Alain Durand (director of ENSIC).
